Emma is a sweet and gentle purebred blue nose pit bull who needs a loving home. Little Emma has had it tough. Her first owner was a backyard breeder, who forced her to have tons of litters of puppies way too early. Her second owner loved her and treated her well, but was forced to give her up when they moved to a place where she wasn't allowed. Luckily for Emma, her owners knew an animal lover who wouldn't let her down. My best friend Lauren and her husband Mike took Emma in to avoid her becoming just one more pit bull in a shelter. They are taking care of her until they can find her a good home.

Emma gets along great with their 3 dogs and she's good with kids. She's 3 years old, 45 lbs. and definitely the tiniest little pit bull I've ever seen. I mean, look at those short little legs in the picture to the right! So cute! When I met Emma, I couldn't believe how quiet and gentle she was. Even in a strange place with new people, she was on her best behavior during our photo session. Emma is healthy and house-trained, and knows her basic commands. I know she's going to make some family out there so happy. I owe a lot to mothers.
Not only has my mother shaped my entire life, but the overwhelming majority of my business comes from mothers. Let me tell you, it is a rare day when a dad calls to schedule a photo session (rare as in, it has happened only once). Moms just seem to intuitively understand how important it is to document special moments.
That's why I'd like to take the time to thank all my amazing mom (and dog mom) clients who make it possible for me to do the thing I most love.
