My sister adopted Ash from North Shore Animal League back in 2009. Since he's my dog nephew, I've been taking photos of him since he was a puppy. Now that Ash is 7 years old, he's started growing some very distinguished white hairs on his face and belly. He still acts just like a puppy, though. God help the squirrels in our back yard when Ash comes to visit, because he hasn't slowed down a bit. Even though I have tons of photos of him, this is the first time I've ever shot Ash in my studio, because it's on the second floor and he's deathly afraid of steps. His mommy had quite a time carrying him up the stairs for these photos. Here he is!
