Barkfield Road Holiday 2020 Order Form

    Please fill out the top portion completely! We're offering prints, holiday cards, ornaments and image cubes this year. Just scroll past any section you're not interested in. Once you submit this form, I'll send you any proofs you might need to approve and your invoice to be paid online. Please pay in a timely manner so that your products will be ready for you to pick up on the designated day. No products will be ordered until the balance is paid. Thank you so much!

    Available sizes: 4x6 ($10) , 5x7 ($15)  and 8x10 ($20)

    Holiday Cards: 

    ​All cards are 5x7 flat cards and come with white envelopes. Below are the styles available. If the image you choose to go on your card is vertical, you'll receive the vertical orientation of the style, and if you choose a horizontal photo, you'll receive the horizontal orientation of that style. As a default, my logo is printed on the back. You can specify if you'd like it removed and left blank! Cards come in packs of 25 for $40. If you order cards, I'll email you with a proof as soon as I can after you submit this form. Please keep an eye on your inbox so I can get your card approved and ordered as soon as possible, so it will be ready to pick up on the designated day!
