For the past 4 years, my friends and I have been walking in the Wines and Canines fundraiser for Kent Animal Shelter. It’s held every year at the Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard. We take a beautiful walk through the vineyards, bid on some raffle prizes, eat yummy food, drink some great wine and coo over the adorable adoptable pets. It’s always an amazing day. This year has been a bit slow in terms of donations. We’ve only got a little less than 2 weeks left and we’re not that close to our goal!

Kent Animal Shelter has been saving the lives of animals all over the United States for decades. This time of year, they get many homeless pets from hurricane rescue efforts. Hurricane Florence has left a lot of animals in need and Kent is stepping in to do their part. They need our support to do that! Please consider donating to help save animals.
