Millie the Mini Schnauzer

Millie is such a precious little girl! My cousin Marissa was dog-sitting Millie last weekend, and we had her as a guest at our house on Easter Sunday. After a rough first meeting, she and my dog Gracey and my sister's dog Ash co-existed pretty well! Gracey is a bit territorial, Ash is afraid of little dogs, and Millie is a young pup, so there was a little bit of getting used to that had to happen before things settled down! All in all, we had a very pleasant holiday surrounded by furry friends, which is my favorite way to spend any day.

​While our family favorite dessert of Monkey Bread was baking away in the oven, Marissa and I ran upstairs to my studio to take a few photos of Millie for her mom Julienne.
Millie was a bit scared of my paper backdrop, but once we threw a few treats on there and got her used to it, she was golden! She did such a great job modeling. For such a young dog, she's really well-trained and she sat and stayed like a pro.
